Illinois CARE Connections (ICC) was a collaborative program with the Illinois Department on Aging (IDoA) and Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS) that provided technology devices for socially isolated seniors and persons with disabilities in Illinois. The program was supported through federal CARES Act funding that was made available in spring of 2020 during the height of the pandemic. The program ended in spring of 2021 but technical assistance is available through September 2021.
