Illinois Assistive Technology Program is celebrating 30 years, and to celebrate we are hosting an open house March 31st from 2:00pm - 6:00pm. Come see examples of how technology had advanced throughout the years. While you attend, tour our nine room Demonstration Center. You will find a variety of assistive technology from aids to daily living to the latest assistive technology in:

  • Hearing
  • Sesnory
  • Vision
  • Communication
  • Mobility and Recreation
  • Computer Access
  • Kitchen, Bath, and Bedroom

Public Awareness

The Illinois Assistive Technology Program regularly participates in exhibits at health fairs, conferences and expos. Staff take a variety of assistive technology for visitors to view and information about IATP’s programs.

IATP staff provide presentations to groups looking for general information about assistive technology and/or the Illinois Assistive Technology Program. Presentations can be designed to meet specific needs.
