DESCRIPTION:Presented by Illinois Assistive Technology Program & Mary Bryant Home for the Blind and Visually Impaired \nThe central and southern Illinois Low Vision Technology Fair is a free event for individuals who experience any type of vision loss and/or blindness. Unfortunately\, many people are unaware of the devices and services available to help them. This Fair brings together vendors\, medical experts\, and social service agencies to share information and resources with those who experience vision loss\, their families\, friends\, caregivers\, teachers\, and others. \nIf you would like more information about assistive technology for seniors and individuals with disabilities\, please contact IATP. We have a Demonstration Center in Springfield where individuals can see and try specific devices and are always happy to answer questions.
